Return & Exchange Policy

Hey there, lovely shoppers! Just a heads-up: when you make a purchase with Vordrobe, it means you're all on board with our terms and policies – thanks a bunch for that!

Oops, received a damaged or wrong product? No sweat! Just shoot us an opening video Once we've got the deets, we'll either send you a fresh piece pronto or hook you up with a credit voucher. Quick note: we can't consider exchange requests without that opening video, so don't forget!

Now, about exchanges

we're totally down for it! Except for handbag, sale items, or stuff bought with a voucher or gift card. And hey, you've only got one shot at an exchange, so make it count! Once we get your items back, we'll shoot you a credit voucher that's good for three whole months.

                                                                                      Oh, and please make sure those exchanged items are in tip-top shape – unused, unwashed, and with all the original tags and packaging intact. Otherwise, they might have to head back your way with some extra shipping charges. No one wants that, right?

Got something that doesn't fit quite right?

No problem! Just drop us an email about it. But, heads-up, sale items can't be exchanged. And sorry, no size swaps for  or sale items – once they're sold, they're yours for keeps!

Now, when it comes to exchanges, shoot us an email within two working days of delivery, okay? And remember, we're all about hygiene, so get in touch with your order number handy. If it's been more than two days, we can't consider it, sorry! And yep, you'll need to ship those items back yourself – no reverse pickups here. Once we get your request, give us a few days to approve or reject it. Then, it'll take about 5-7 working days for your package to reach our warehouse. And hey, please pack those items up securely – we want them to arrive safe and sound!

Once we've got your items back, we'll give 'em a once-over, and if everything checks out, we'll send you a credit voucher lickety-split. Just a heads-up: you can only exchange an item once, and once it's exchanged, that's it – no more swaps or store credit.

we don't do refunds – only exchanges here, folks!

if your parcel shows as delivered but it's MIA, give us a shout within 48 hours. We can't do much after that, sorry!

if there's any snafu with the delivery due to incorrect info, we'll have to deduct shipping and return charges from your credit voucher. So, let's keep those deets accurate, okay? Once it's packed and shipped, we can't change a thing!
